About these terms

Kasturi Fashions is operated by its proprietor, Ravula Kasturi, through kasturifashions.com. These terms describe the conditions for using our website and purchasing our products.

Please read these terms and the information provided for your purchase before placing an order. Purchase-specific terms, including delivery, cancellation and return information disclosed before checkout, apply alongside these terms.

Accepting purchase terms is separate from agreeing to optional marketing or tracking. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you.

Accounts and website use

Purchases must be made by a person legally competent to enter a contract. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian should make and manage the purchase on your behalf.

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Where an account is used, keep your sign-in details and verification codes private. Use only accounts and payment methods you are authorised to use, and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

Where available, mobile OTP, email verification or Google sign-in provides access to your customer account. Availability may depend on the service provider and successful verification; creating an account does not guarantee acceptance of every order.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person or submit fraudulent orders. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address such misuse. Restrictions do not remove valid refund claims or other legal remedies.

Products and jewellery care

Review the product description, dimensions, material, finish, included pieces and care instructions before ordering. Specific claims about purity, gemstones, skin suitability or water resistance apply only where expressly stated for that product.

A gold-tone or silver-tone finish does not, by itself, mean a product is made from solid gold or silver. Photographic lighting and screen settings may affect how colours appear, but do not excuse supplying a materially different or misdescribed product.

Care and warranty

Follow the care guidance supplied for your jewellery. Material and finish may be affected by wear, storage and exposure to substances inconsistent with those instructions.

Any additional commercial warranty applies only where its scope and duration are expressly provided. Care guidance and warranty limitations do not override remedies for defects or other rights under applicable law.

Orders and payments

Check the selected products, quantities, address and total before submitting your order. An order acknowledgement records the details received. If an item cannot be supplied or a material error affects the order, we will contact you about a lawful solution, including a refund where appropriate.

We will not substitute a different item or charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, payments taken for the cancelled items will be refunded.

Prices and offers

Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. The total, applicable taxes, delivery charges and other compulsory fees must be disclosed before you confirm payment.

If a promotion or discount code is offered, its stated eligibility, expiry and conditions apply. Changes to future offers do not retrospectively remove a valid discount already agreed for your order.

Payment methods

Use the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment providers may carry out their own authorisation and security checks. Do not share passwords, card PINs or login OTPs with our support team.

If a payment is deducted without an order confirmation, contact us with the transaction reference and relevant order details. We will check the payment status with the provider before confirming fulfilment or refund action.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery is available to locations accepted by our checkout and delivery arrangements. Dispatch information, delivery estimates and charges applicable to your purchase should be reviewed before placing the order.

Provide a complete, serviceable address and a contact number for delivery. Tell us promptly about an address error; changes after dispatch may depend on the courier. Any proposed additional charge for a requested change must be explained and agreed.

Contact us if an order is delayed, missing or shows delivery you have not received. We will investigate with the courier and explain the next steps. Passing a parcel to a courier does not, by itself, remove our responsibilities to you.

A delivery estimate does not waive remedies for late delivery. Where an event genuinely outside reasonable control affects fulfilment, we will communicate the impact and seek an appropriate solution under applicable law.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation requests

Email support with your order number as soon as possible if you want to cancel. Whether dispatch can still be stopped depends on the order's stage and the cancellation conditions disclosed for your purchase.

Any cancellation charge must be lawful and disclosed. We will not impose a customer cancellation charge unless an equivalent charge is also borne by us when we cancel unilaterally.

Returns and exchanges

Any offered change-of-mind or preference-based return or exchange is subject to the eligibility, request window, item condition and shipping costs clearly disclosed before purchase.

Product-specific hygiene or customisation restrictions, including any restrictions for earrings, must be disclosed before ordering. Such restrictions do not remove statutory remedies for defective or misdescribed goods.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, incorrect, spurious or materially misdescribed item, contact us with your order number and reasonable supporting details. Applicable return and refund rights also cover late delivery, subject to the legal exception for force majeure.

Refunds

For an accepted refund, we will confirm the amount, method and expected processing period. Refunds must be made within a reasonable period and any applicable legal or payment-system deadline. Bank or payment-provider processing may affect when the credit appears.

Privacy, content and legal rights

Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains how customer information is handled. These terms do not provide blanket permission to use order details or private support photographs for advertising.

Website content and reviews

Brand names, photographs, text and designs belong to their respective owners. Do not reproduce them commercially without the required permission, except where the law permits use.

If you submit a review for publication, make it genuine and use only content you are entitled to share. Do not include another person's private information. Photographs sent privately to resolve a complaint are not automatically authorised for promotional reuse.

Responsibility and applicable law

We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or requires you to waive a valid consumer claim.

Indian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to your purchase. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts or consumer authorities permitted by law. Contacting us for assistance does not take away access to those remedies.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent they remain lawful and can operate independently.

Updates to these terms

The date above identifies the latest published update. Changes apply to future use or purchases after the updated terms are made available. They do not retrospectively reduce rights or agreed purchase conditions for an existing order.
